Salary: £45,000 - £51,393 per annum (dependent on experience)

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to join our client's team at a leading mental health facility. Situated in a tranquil location, our facility is currently undergoing expansion, presenting an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in shaping our services.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our existing Acute ward, comprising 9 bedrooms, while also spearheading the opening and management of a second acute ward, scheduled to launch around June 2024. The combined capacity of both wards will be 18 beds, offering specialised care to female patients with a spectrum of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.

Working closely with an established team, you will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the medical team. Your responsibilities will encompass clinical management, leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of care. As a senior clinical figure, you will provide guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the smooth operation of the wards, including managing resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing
  • NMC registration
  • Previous UK mental health nursing experience
