Sanctuary Personnel are excited to offer an opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join our client's esteemed nursing team, specifically on their EDU Ward.

Nestled within three acres of picturesque grounds, their independent hospital in Chelmsford specialises in the compassionate treatment and care of adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges. Their dedicated staff, comprising seasoned mental health professionals and support personnel, including consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and therapists, are committed to delivering exemplary care.

Their facility offers serene residential treatment accommodating up to 60 service users, alongside day care and outpatient services, including specialised provisions for young individuals. They pride ourselves on delivering expert treatment in areas such as eating disorders, child and adolescent mental health, and addiction services, through tailored programmes and a diverse range of therapies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a proficient RMN with a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience. They must exhibit a patient-centric approach, possess the clinical acumen to deliver evidence-based care, and demonstrate adept management skills to support the Ward Manager and the multidisciplinary team. They seek a confident and inspiring leader, driven by motivation and dynamism, with a solid grasp of mental health practices.
