The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £48,986 - £55,293 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Demonstrate enhance nursing practice by acquiring knowledge and skills in reading, interpreting and evaluatingresearch to pursue evidence based practice
- Contribute to setting standards and will maintain standards in the clinical area
- Participate in clinical audit and will enhance nursing care by acting as a rolemodel in terms of own care delivery
- Demonstrate proficiency in performing investigations and treatment in accordance with defined standard
- Provide high quality advice to patients, carers, colleaguesand will act as health promoter, incorporating health promotion themes into nursing practice
- Takes responsibility for the safeguarding and welfare of all children, adults and/or families within their care and contact
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and produce high quality patient information
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- 1stLevel Registered Nurse with NMC Registration
- 2 Years Postqualification experience working across general nursing
- Thorough knowledge of NMC Code (2015)
- Basic Keyboard skills
- Excellent communications and team working skills
- Teaching and Mentorship qualification (desirable)
