Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our client's dynamic team.

They work in partnership with the NHS to deliver the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics, equipped with the most advanced technology.

Role Overview:

The Senior Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high standards of holistic care and service to patients by providing safe haemodialysis treatment according to prescriptions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of individualised care while promoting patient-focused care.
  • Mentor and assist team members.
  • Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
  • Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
  • Promote and demonstrate effective communication with patients, users, and service providers at all times.
  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in their implementation and review.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to renal patients.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve and develop patient care.

Person Specification:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Renal nursing experience is desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing
  • Able to work effectively within a team
