Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (negotiable salary + excellent benefits & £3,000 welcome bonus)
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Cardiology Cath Lab Nurse for a full-time position in Bristol. This role involves providing exceptional planned care for patients pre and post cardiac catheter lab procedures, ensuring effective patient care through clinical leadership. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of the cardiology service.

Working Schedule:
- 4 days a week, Monday - Friday only
- 9.5-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop practice in health and wellbeing assessment
- Provide and receive complex information sensitively
- Foster a working environment that prioritises health, safety, and security
- Lead knowledge development within cardiology specialty
- Plan, monitor, and assure quality application of technology for treatment
Requirements:
- NMC registered
- Minimum 1-2 years post-graduation experience in Cath Lab
- Preferably with cardiology experience, although training is available
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality
- Experience in circulating and scrubbing for various cardiac cath lab procedures
- ILS certification
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and apply clinical reasoning skills
- Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional knowledge
- Mandatory training in infection control, health, and safety
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0)
- Auditing skills across clinical standards
