About Our Clients Care Centre:

Our client has a specialist neurological care centre, caring for people aged 18 and over a range of neurological conditions. They provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence and support their emotional and social needs.

Their assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support and help improve the lives of people with a neurological condition or brain injury.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines
  • To work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high quality care
  • Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines
  • Carry out all clinical care in line with clients policies and procedures
  • Ensure the care team provide all care in line with the inter-professional evidence based care plan
  • Where appropriate be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift.

About You

  • A registered nurse with post registration experience in the clinical field
  • Knowledge of best clinical practice for client group
  • Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector
  • Demonstrable continuing professional development
  • Experience of nurse-led management of long term conditions
