As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exemplary one-to-one holistic care within the comfort of the patient's home. Responsibilities include delivering safe and high-quality nursing care, including administering various IV therapies outlined in the patient's care plan, while upholding professional standards. Our nurses are dedicated to delivering patient-centric care, tailoring nursing services to meet individual needs and ensuring the delivery of relevant care plans while maintaining exceptional professional standards. Building enduring personal relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks is essential to aid and enhance their treatment and recovery journeys.
As this role involves regional travel to visit patients in their homes, possession of a full UK driving licence is essential.
