Job Title: Radiographer - General/Mammographer Team
Location: Bristol
Type: Permanent. Full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including general and mammography work. Shift patterns may vary
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (competitive salary, plus excellent benefits)
We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Radiographer or Mammographer to join our dedicated imaging team in Bristol, working across general and mammography functions.

Role purpose:
Join our team in delivering high-quality, efficient radiographic services, providing specialised imaging for patients and demonstrating a professional, caring, and responsible approach to duties.
Duties:
- Maintain high professional standards as a Radiographer, providing assistance, training, and guidance to others.
- Ensure efficient patient examination throughput and communicate effectively with patients regarding delays and examination findings.
- Adhere to radiation safety measures and relevant legislation.
- Prioritise and manage workflow within designated areas.
- Identify abnormalities for urgent reporting as necessary.
Mammographers:
- Perform regular quality assurance tests on digital mammography equipment according to guidelines.
Who we're looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in Radiography
- HPC Registration
- Substantial CPD in relevant subjects
- Certificate of Competency in Mammography (for Mammographers)
- Previous experience in imaging department
- Competence in radiographic skills and knowledge
- Familiarity with relevant standards and bodies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT
- Flexibility in work patterns and willingness to travel
