Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Outpatient Manager to work 37.5 hours per week based in Peterborough.
The pay rate for this locum Outpatient Manager job is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (subject to experience) is a 6-12 month contract.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Saturday rostered
Requirements of the Outpatient Manager:
- NMC Registration
- Senior clinical management experience working in an Outpatient setting or equiv. hospital department
- Worked at a Band 7 or higher
- Experience rostering a team of 15+ to ratchet staffing to clinic activity
- Able to work clinically, where required, to cover primary clinics in support of the team
- Independent Sector hospital experience
- Further management, or clinical, higher qualification
- Pre-assessment experience in working or delivering a service
- Familiar with the CQC KLOEs in an Outpatient setting
