Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an Advanced Oncology Physiotherapist to join our client's Outpatient team situated in London. The facility is currently accredited as "Outstanding" by the CQC.

Our establishment, located in South East London, comprises various sites including an outpatients and diagnostic centre, a large hospital and Private Care. With state-of-the-art facilities and a capacity of 160 beds, including 22 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres, we provide exceptional care utilising the latest technologies and healthcare advancements.

As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing an Oncology outpatient caseload while assisting the Physiotherapy Lead in service development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full Oncology outpatient caseload, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care across the London Bridge campus.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments for each patient.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using SMART goals.
  • Adhere to the highest standards to promote evidence-based practice in alignment with local and national guidelines.
  • Contribute to department management, audit, clinical governance, and personal CPD maintenance.
  • Lead service development initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and participate in relevant MDT meetings.
  • Proactively establish strong communication and relationships with Oncology and Haematology consultants.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Relevant Post Graduate Training in Oncology
  • Outpatient Experience
  • Desirable: Relevant post-graduate training in Lymphoedema (e.g., garment fitting, Vodders); HCA will support upskilling and development through professional Lymphoedema training for suitable candidates.
