Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £40,500 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is representing one of the leading providers of private patient and NHS services in England, with a network of over 30 acute hospitals and Treatment Centres rated as GOOD by the Care Quality Commission. An exciting opportunity has arisen in Chelmsford, which has recently completed a major expansion, to accommodate various patient needs.

The Physiotherapy department is seeking an experienced and dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to lead our out-patient physiotherapy team. Our department manages post-operative orthopaedic and general musculoskeletal caseloads, along with providing pelvic health services, paediatric care, respiratory therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the out-patient physiotherapy service.
  • Coordinate training, audits, PDRs, and ensure the service is safe and effective.
  • Implement service delivery projects and maintain a high standard of patient care.
  • Report to the Physiotherapy Manager and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote innovation and improvement within the department.

Requirements:

  • HCPC and CSP registered.
  • Proven experience in leadership and orthopaedic/MSK services.
  • Excellent knowledge of orthopaedics and MSK physiotherapy.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise independently.
  • Strong communication, accuracy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in clinical audits and outcome tools.
  • Understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct.
