Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Forensics Team, working as a Care Coordinator. 

Location: Denmark Hill

Pay Rate: £27 per hour (assignment rate - negotiable)

Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:

  • Must be qualified RMN, social worker or OT

  • Relevant registration

  • Skills – care coordination, documentation, risk assessment skills, care planning skills, communicating and team working skills with mdt and other mh teams/wards and agencies (incl. supported accommodation staff), lone working, able to travel around the borough, organised, flexible, engagement skills, physical health skills, meds management skills

  • Experience – community, care coordination, rehabilitation/supported accommodations, if possible, clozapine, depots, CTOs, epjs, Southwark/SLAM if possible
