Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role. The postholder will carry out home visits as well as see patients at our office.
Location: Harlesden
Pay Rate: £26 - £27 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- A qualified and experienced nurse or social worker to carry out psychiatric assessments, care planning, risk assessments, participate in MDT meetings
- Ideally have experience working in community teams
- Have a solid understanding of psychosis including interventions used to treat this mental health condition
- Be skilled at engaging patients and need to be assertive in their approach to patient care
