Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role.
Location: Stowmarket
Pay Rate: £24.58 - £25.58 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Shift Pattern: Full time. 37.5 hours per week.
Duties:
- Visiting service users and their carers in their home/residential environment
- Assessing risk, developing and implementing a plan of care, record keeping as per team requirements
- Liaising with other colleagues/professionals both internally and outside e.g.; GPs, S/Ws, carer providers

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- NMC Registration
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of working in the community
- Must have knowledge of working with people dementia either from community or inpatient experiences
