Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in East Sussex (Eastbourne/Brighton area).
Location: East Sussex
Contract Type: Locum, 2-month contract
Pay Rate: £28 - £42 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am –17:00 pm with a 30 mins break. Saturday & Sunday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pm.
Duties:
- Actively engage those requiring an increased level of support with the aim of keeping people within their home and maintaining their wellbeing and independence as far as possible
- Carrying out assessments with people in their own homes, care homes etc and formulate a care plan and risk assessment with them
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse
- Valid NMC Registration
- Will need own transport, although the train station is walkable and there is a car park on site which is free
