The salary for this permanent Mental Health/Learning Disability Staff Nurse job is £31,500 - £37,227 per annum, plus enhancements + £5000 welcome bonus.

Shift Pattern:

  • 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours are available)
  • Day shifts - 07:00 am - 19:30 pm
  • Night shifts 19:00 pm - 07:00 am

Duties:

  • Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

Requirements of the Mental Health/Learning Disability Staff Nurse:

  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Newly Qualified nurses welcomed as Preceptorship can be offered
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
