Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Unit Manager - Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work in Bloxwich.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Clinical Unit Manager job is £38,000 per annum and is on a permanent contract.
Duties:
- Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
- Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
- Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
- Comply to NMC guidelines with the administration of medicine
Requirements of the Clinical Services Manager:
- RGN qualified
- Active NMC Registration with NMC pin
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year care management experience
- You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
- You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
