About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Team Manager to oversee a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of top-tier holistic care to our service users. Responsibilities include effective performance management aligned with organisational policies, as well as fostering collaboration with volunteers. Key duties involve facilitating inclusive care planning, maintaining interdepartmental communication, and upholding service standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess current NMC registration, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to patient care with a background in palliative care. Management experience, alongside flexibility for varied shifts, is essential. Proficiency in specialist palliative or neurological care, leadership skills, and adeptness in navigating regulatory frameworks are advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities are crucial for this role, along with a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
