Job Title: Clinical Practice Facilitator (Nurse) – Oncology
Location: Westminster
Type: Permanent. Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 per annum

As the Oncology Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff. You may collaborate or take a leading role in developing the onboarding process for nursing. On a daily basis, you will drive educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards but also elevate the standard of care we offer. Your expertise will be vital in identifying practice gaps and implementing educational activities to address them.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration.
  • Possessing a post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification.
