Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's esteemed hospital inpatient team, specifically working within our hospital wards. In this role, you will champion patient-centred care, fostering professionalism and maintaining a positive work environment anchored in honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct.

For newly qualified Staff Nurses, the starting salary will be £27,055 per annum for the initial 12 months.

About the Role

As part of our Outstanding CQC-rated team, you will contribute significantly to delivering exemplary patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous patient care planning and implementation, ensuring dignity and safety at all times. Safeguarding medications and controlled substances is crucial, as is accurate documentation using Compucare and Endobase systems. Supervising junior staff members and guiding them towards competency attainment will be integral to the role.

Skills and Experience Required

  • First-level Registered Nurse
  • Substantial post-registration experience
  • In possession of or willingness to undergo ILS training
  • Basic Phlebotomy skills
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A steadfast commitment to patient-centred care
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in the workplace
