Pay Rate: £13 - £15 per hour (assignment rate) dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time, 08:30 am – 15:30 pm (may vary depending on assignment), Late notice cover may be required.

Main Duties of the Supply Teaching Assistant:
Offer assistance to classroom teachers.
Aid in managing classroom dynamics.
Collaborate with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Provide support to students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
Requirements of the Supply Teaching Assistant:
Preferred experience working with children or within educational contexts.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to adjust to diverse classroom settings and perform effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated patience and compassion in student interactions.
Readiness to cover assignments at short notice, displaying flexibility.
