The salary for this permanent Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £34,900- £40,455 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Delivering exceptional care to individuals facing mental illness and personality disorders
- Establishing therapeutic connections to enhance patient involvement
- Adhering to professional codes, standards, and legal requirements, while honoring the rights of others and fostering ethical conduct
- Participating in patient evaluations, collaborating on care plans with individuals, and tracking patient advancements
- At a senior level, overseeing shifts and providing guidance and support to student nurses and team members
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN and a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience
- Demonstrated relevant clinical expertise
- Exhibits a positive attitude and a dedicated commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- Capacity to develop and implement flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
