The salary for this permanent Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £31,500 - £37,992 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Delivering exceptional care to individuals facing mental illness and personality disorders
- Establishing therapeutic connections to enhance patient involvement
- Adhering to professional codes, standards, and legal requirements, while honoring the rights of others and fostering ethical conduct
- Participating in patient evaluations, collaborating on care plans with individuals, and tracking patient advancements
- At a senior level, overseeing shifts and providing guidance and support to student nurses and team members
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration
- Exceptional teamwork abilities, strong self-drive, and adaptability—our units operate around the clock, seven days a week, requiring nursing staff to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
