Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in Guernsey,
Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
Pay Rate: £32-£35
Main Duties:
- Co-ordinate the management of the Ward in the absence of another Registered Nurse and will have responsibility for ensuring that best practice is adopted to maintain high standard of care.
- Assisting service users with all activities of daily living is a core component of this role
- Be expected to act as a practice assessor/supervisor to more junior members of staff and may be required to take on additional responsibility within the area of work to support the Senior Staff within the team.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Valid NMC Registration
