Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Quality Improvement Lead to work within a Learning Disabilities Team based in Horsham.
The pay rate for this locum Quality Improvement Lead job is £23 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Work closely with the Quality Team, Home Managers and Operations Managers in the monitoring and embedding of an ongoing person centered and quality improvement culture throughout the organisation
- Be an ambassador for SHC on quality, communicating key initiatives and driving the message of the importance of quality across all sites within the region
- Exercise strong practice leadership in a style and manner consistent with the company's values, sharing best practice, positively influencing colleagues at all levels, and encouraging reflective practice and a culture of continuous improvement
- Working with the Director of Quality, develop and implement appropriate professional standards and monitor adherence to policies and procedures at all levels within the division to ensure continued compliance
- As a member of the Quality team you will contribute to SHC's overall strategic aims and business plans, and lead and work on Quality projects as required by the Quality team
- Understand, communicate and support the achievement of QPI targets for the Region on a monthly basis and track their continued progress, ensuring trends within service and the Region are proactively reviewed
Requirements of the Quality Improvement Lead:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing (RMN/RNLD trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
