Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor (Nurse)
Location: Hounslow, with potential for flexible home working
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 16:00 pm (part-time considered for suitable candidates)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct case management appointments and deliver high-quality management advice reports.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to team members with varying levels of experience.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN; Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health essential.
- Previous experience in a commercial occupational health setting, including case management exposure.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and employment legislation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (Part 1).
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and time management.
- Competent in IT literacy and data protection principles.
- Demonstrated flexibility, proactive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively and engage with clients and employees.
