Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor (Nurse)
Location: Hounslow, with potential for flexible home working
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 16:00 pm (part-time considered for suitable candidates)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct case management appointments and deliver high-quality management advice reports.
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to team members with varying levels of experience.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN; Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health essential.
  • Previous experience in a commercial occupational health setting, including case management exposure.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and employment legislation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (Part 1).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder communication and time management.
  • Competent in IT literacy and data protection principles.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, proactive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively and engage with clients and employees.
