Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced ITU Clinical Nurse Manager to join a 12-bed state-of-the-art ITU Unit at our client's prominent private hospital in the UK. Situated within London and the largest private hospital in the UK, this unit is dedicated to providing top-tier critical care services to level 2 and 3 patients. The hospital is currently rated "Good" by the CQC.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager in the ITU Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective clinical leadership and management. Under the guidance of the Critical Care Modern Matron, you will lead the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include staff deployment, supervision, and mentoring, while also providing clinical leadership to support the hospital management team.

Requirements:

Requirements for this role include being a registered health professional with the NMC, holding a postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Nursing, and having a minimum of 2 years' leadership experience at Charge Nurse level. Additionally, candidates must either be a Practice Assessor or possess a Mentorship qualification.
