Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 School Nurse to fill a full-time role based in a 0-19 Team in St Helens. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum School Nurse job is £23.89 to £24.33 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
Supporting school age children and their families
Carrying out health assessments
Close working with schools - including drop ins
Home visits to families requiring support
Signposting to other services
Safeguarding advice and coordination
Requirements of the School Nurse:
Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
NMC registration and a valid live pin
