Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Early Intervention Team. 

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

Pay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract

Duties:

  • Provide care coordination (case management) to an identified group of patients open to the team- patients identified as being in the early phase of a psychotic illness
  • The assessment of needs and delivery of interventions in line with currently identified best practice; risk assessment and management and safeguarding where appropriate

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • NMC Registration
  • Experience working with clients with serious mental illness together with knowledge and skills in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care of clients with serious mental illness
