The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £34,900 - £37,227 per annum plus £5,000 welcome bonus!

Main Duties:
- Provide attentive and quality care centered around the needs of service users
- Contribute to the creation of innovative services and care routes
- Assist in implementing the Nursing Strategy of the Group at the local level
- Actively participate in ongoing quality enhancement efforts within your service
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN as either an RMN or RNLD, possessing at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
- Demonstrated relevant clinical expertise
- Exhibits a positive attitude and dedication to driving change, improvement, and quality
- Capable of developing and implementing flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication abilities
