Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Work Officer to work based in Hackney, within the Children and Families Quality Assurance Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Work Officer role is £32.01 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:
Lead on developing and managing processes for implementing audit and quality assurance activities across all service areas of the Children and Families Service, ensuring that these processes are effectively organised and overseen.
Critically evaluate social work practice, and practice in other service areas, through quality assurance activities including constructive support and challenge to ensure that the service achieves best outcomes for children.
Contribute to action to assist with the improvement of practice.
Requirements of the Social Work Officer:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Recent post qualifying experience within frontline children’s social work, including experience in analysing audits and other quality assurance findings to identify themes and trends, empathising with vulnerable children, and experience of social work practice or other professional practice (eg. youth work).
