​​Jess is one of London’s Principal Recruitment Consultants covering Children’s Locum Social Care, she specialises in London but covers the entire of the UK.  Benefiting from 15 years industry experience, she has in depth knowledge of the Social Care Sector. Her early years at Sanctuary were spent in a similar role to that of a Social Work Assistant/Administrator so she has the unique opportunity to work closely with Social Workers, booking appointments, gathering information, updating chronologies etc. This really helped Jess learn and respect the day to day responsibilities of being a Social Worker.

Jess is one of the most organised people you’re ever likely to meet. She’s also been with Sanctuary almost since the beginning (2009 to be precise!). In that time she has developed wonderful relationships with candidates and clients many of who she affectionately refers to as “friends”. 

There’s no surprise that Jess wanted to be a teacher as a child as she has nurtured so many other consultants at Sanctuary. Her desire to make a positive impact extends beyond the office though. She’s a self-confessed “number one David Attenborough fan” and is passionate about reducing her carbon footprint. Naturally, when she’s not at work, she can be found walking the countryside with her Cockapoo, Daisy.
