Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a SEN Travel Assistance Coordinator to work based in Greenwich.

This pay rate for this locum SEN Travel Assistance Coordinator role is £15.39 per hour (ltd) and has an initial 6-month contract.

Main duties:

  • Process travel assistance applications for children and young people in line with travel assistance policy
  • Act as single point of contact for family and professionals from beginning of travel assistance request to ensure satisfactory customer experience
  • Progress individual cases in discussion with education colleagues and other agencies such as health and social care professionals, on direction of travel assistance officer
  • Communicate regularly and sensitively with the family throughout the process to explain process

Requirements of the SEN Travel Assistance Coordinator:

  • Experience working within a similar role
