Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day
Hours: Full-time. Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day. Initial contract is 4 months.

Main Duties of theSEN Teaching Assistant:
Develop educational resources tailored to the curriculum.
Customise teaching assistance to accommodate individual student requirements.
Attend to the physical, social, and emotional well-being of students.
Cultivate an engaging learning atmosphere conducive to student development.
Maintain meticulous records and participate in review sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including speech and language therapists.
Applicant Requirements of the SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience in Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), particularly in working with non-verbal children exhibiting high sensory needs and challenging behaviours.
Experience with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is highly desirable, as the children are of reception age.
