Contract Length: 3-Months
Shift Pattern: Weekday/weekend days, Monday - Friday. Shift times 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.

Duties:
- Leading and coordinating the healthy child programme by carrying out the 5 mandated contact visits
- Providing a seamless service to universal and vulnerable children and families by working in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Early identification, intervention, and appropriate onward referral
- Assist in covering 2 additional sites, but this will be discussed
Requirements for the Health Visitor role:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult)
- Recent nursing experience in the UK
- Community/adult/child/MSK/speciality Health Visitor
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Car required - Will need to use system for recording and reporting so Ilearn training for access required
