Pay rate (Assignment rate): £25 per hour
Contract Length: 3-Months
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm

Duties:
- Conducting health assessments and developmental checks for children and families
- Providing support and advice to new parents on topics such as infant feeding, immunizations, and child development
- Identifying and addressing health and social care needs within the community
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Promoting health education and preventative care within the community
Requirements for the Health Visitor role:
- Car driver
- An experienced Health Visitor looking for an exciting opportunity in the beautiful city of Rochester
- Band 6 Health Visitor with relevant qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a community healthcare setting
