Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Lead Psychologist to join our client's Neuropsychology Team at a prestigious private hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC and boasting over 1000 colleagues, making it the largest private hospital in the UK. Their Acute Rehabilitation Centre, also the largest private hospital-based rehabilitation centre in the country, presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to play a vital role within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patients' quality of life and aiding their recovery journey with the high standards of care they are renowned for.

As the Lead Psychologist, you will oversee a team of 5 Psychologists delivering specialist tertiary level Psychology services to both inpatients and outpatients at the Hospital Acute Rehabilitation Centre. Your responsibilities will include providing support to patients with acquired neurological conditions such as TBI, stroke, and spinal cord injury, serving as a role model for your team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care standards. Your role will involve collaborative work within a multidisciplinary service alongside a Neurologist, neuropsychiatrist, and an inpatient PDoC unit.

Shift Pattern:

  • Full time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexible shifts available however the role is site based

What You’ll Bring:

  • HCPC Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Post-graduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology or equivalent
  • Experience of working within an inpatient neuro-rehabilitation, community, or outpatient neuropsychology setting
