We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist in the Kingston and Richmond area. About the Role:

The Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist will play a pivotal role in providing clinical leadership and expertise in neurodevelopmental occupational therapy. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, team management, and contributing to the growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical supervision to the team and support recruitment efforts to expand our workforce.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Health Service and Associate Director for Health to deliver high-quality and cost-effective occupational therapy services.
  • Manage and develop a team of therapists covering Richmond and Kingston, including networking to establish new relationships and adapting to emerging delivery models in education and health sectors.
  • Maintain a small caseload while providing leadership and support in staff selection and employment within budgetary constraints.
