Pay Rate: £12 per hour (assignment rate)

Main Duties:

  • Maintain security of building(s) and ensure customer safety by conducting regular CCTV monitoring, patrolling, and offering holistic customer service outside regular hours. Foster positive relationships with neighbours and the local community.
  • Manage challenging behaviours of vulnerable and complex customers in a person-centred manner, using negotiation and influence to encourage positive choices.
  • Address anti-social behaviour through holistic prevention strategies. De-escalate and manage incidents using person-centred approaches when necessary.
  • Enforce adherence to tenancy and house rules, ensuring consistent management of services.

Requirements of the Housing Concierge:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role.
  • Current DBS check and references from the last 3 years.
