Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.8/5 and over 500+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Emergency Treatment Nurse/Paramedic to work in Plymouth on a full-time basis (6 week rota - 07:30 am - 16:30 pm and 15:30 pm - 23:30 pm).

The salary for this permanent Emergency Treatment Nurse/Paramedic job is £39,500 per annum.

Duties:

  • Provide an emergency response and treatment service
  • Ensure records are accurate and kept up to date
  • Handle any walk ins to the clinic
  • Independently assess, treat and discharge patients
  • Administering and prescribing medication under extensive set of written instructions
  • Support with on-site clinical training exercises
  • Driving an ambulance around the client site (you will be required to hold a valid manual license)

Requirements of the Emergency Treatment Nurse/Paramedic:

 

  • Registered Adult Nurse or Paramedic with valid NMC/HCPC registration
  • Pre Hospital, Prmary Care or Emergency Care Experience
  • Immediate Life Support qualification (RCUK)
  • Good clinical knowledge and expertise of urgent and unplanned care
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Ideally category C1)
