Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Team Manager to work part-time (17.5 hours per week) within a Parent Support Service based in Enfield. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Deputy Team Manager job is £33.64 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
As postholder of this role your main responsibility will be to work closely with services to ensure a multi-agency approach is applied to partnership working to safeguard and protect children.
Requirements of the Deputy Team Manager:
Degree or equivalent in Social Work
Current HCPC registration
3 years' experience in Children's Services
Experience with supporting families who are experiencing difficulties.
