Team/Specialism: Deputy Team Manager - Hospital and Reablement Team
Pay Rate: £36 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time

Main Duties:
- Providing reflective supervision and support to social workers and social work assistants
- Managing and prioritising allocations based on risk, need and urgency.
- Support workers to produce strengths-based assessments that are reflective of the individual and their situation.
- Work in partnership with health colleagues and other professionals to ensure individuals are not delayed in being discharged.
- Managing the flow through all discharge services.
- Managing and supporting a team and be able to address HR issues.
- Supporting colleagues within a multidisciplinary service.
- Problem Solving and managing Complex Cases and Risk Management
- Complete audits to ensure team and individual quality assurance.
Requirements of the Deputy Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Recent managerial experience, working as a TM, DTM or ATM etc.
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
