Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community CYPMHS Practitioner to work full-time within a Children and Young People's Mental Health Service based in St Helens. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Practitioner role is £24.32 - £25.78 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Summary:
- This role will require the post holder to work both in Birch Unit, and also remote working from home.
Duties:
- Care coordination
- Duty Cover
- Assessment of new cases
Requirements of the Community Practitioner:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
