Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to work in Skegness.
The salary for this Care Home Manager role is £30,000 - £37,000 per annum.
Summary:
- The Manager has 24-hour responsibility for the management of the Care Home.
- To ensure the Care Home operates in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Through leadership and management strategies facilitate the development of the Care Home.
- Provide and maintain effective management and leadership promoting high standards of safely delivered personal care in a person-centred way.
- To create a culture of resident focused and responsive services which are aimed at empowering and involving residents.
Requirements of the Care Home Manager:
- Recent experience within a similar role
