Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in Peterborough as a Care Coordinator in an Early Intervention in Psychosis Service full time or part time.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £20 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Care Co-ordination of a community caseload of service users in line with CPA process and CPFT policy.
- Working with an MDT and engaging with aspects of clinical assessment, planning and review.
- Engage with the MDT duty worker system - triage referrals, complete assessments or complete urgent contacts to service caseload as need requires.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
