Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to complete Adhoc shifts based in Chelmsford.
The pay rate for this locum Healthcare Assistant job is £13.98 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
New role to support discharges from the acute hospital for patients with dementia or suspected dementia, the role will involve contacting the patient and following up as needed, individual needs to be organised and able to follow tracker/ information given, to be computer literate, have a good telephone manner, and to be able to develop links between acute and EPUT, liaise with GP's and other agencies.
Requirements of the Healthcare Assistant:
Recent UK experience within a similar role
DBS - Update Service
Mental Health Experience - 1 Year Minimum
