Substance Misuse Case Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Substance Misuse Case Manager for a permanent, full-time position.
The organisation you will be joining is a registered charity with experience in transforming the lives of individuals affected by substance misuse.
As a Case Manager based in Bridlington, you will support individuals and their families dealing with substance use issues, including alcohol. Utilising a person-centered and strength-based approach, you will assess needs and provide support to promote recovery. We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in the substance misuse field and qualifications such as a degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
For newly qualified Social Workers, we offer support through the ASYE programme.
