Sanctuary Personnel seeking a Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our client's Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care team at a renowned hospital, known for its exceptional standards in women and children's healthcare. As a Paediatric Staff Nurse in the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care inpatient ward, you'll play a vital role in providing holistic care to children. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, driving continuous improvement through research and evidence-based practice, and enhancing your clinical skills in the specialty. Shift Pattern:
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Sunday (flexibility required to work long days, nights & weekends)
What we're looking for:
- NMC Child Registered Nurse with basic paediatric life support
- Desirable experience with tracheostomised patients
- Understanding of Safeguarding issues and clinical governance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
