Job Title: Staff Nurse - Clinical Rotation/Preceptorship

Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for three clinical rotation/preceptorship positions for newly qualified registered Staff Nurses. This preceptorship offers a structured 18-month program where you will have the opportunity to work in three departments of your choice, including Wards (essential), Eye Unit, Outpatients, and Theatres, for 6 months each. Following the rotation, a permanent position in your preferred department will be offered, providing an excellent introduction to your chosen career path.
We are looking for registered nurses who can deliver high standards of care in line with hospital guidelines, promote patient-centered care, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

About the Role:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients.
- Accurately document patient information in IT systems.
- Ensure safety and effectiveness of patient care areas.
- Supervise junior team members and provide clinical supervision.
- Undertake a clinical rotation and preceptorship program across various departments.
Skills and Experience Required:
- First-level Registered Nurse.
- Newly or recently qualified.
- Willingness to undergo ILS training.
- Basic phlebotomy and ECG monitoring skills or willingness to train.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
