We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our esteemed hospital as part of our inpatient team, focusing on the hospital wards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exemplary patient care while upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethics in the workplace.

For newly qualified Staff Nurses, the starting salary will be £27,055 per annum for the initial 12 months.

Role Overview

As part of our team, you'll contribute to maintaining our Outstanding CQC status. You will have opportunities for skill development across various clinical specialisms through our comprehensive training programs.

Your responsibilities will include planning and executing top-tier patient care, ensuring their dignity is always preserved. Additionally, you'll oversee the safety and efficiency of care areas, manage medications, assist in post-operative care, and mentor junior staff.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Registered Nurse (First level)
  • Significant post-registration experience
  • ILS training or willingness to undergo training
  • Basic Phlebotomy skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite, web-based reporting systems)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication to patient-centered care
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethics at work
